1) Cost < $500K

2) Bedroom s>3

3) Bathrooms >2

4) Living Area >1750 sq ft

Trend: More homes are priced under $500K, most likely reaching 2000+ by late Fall 08.

Trend: Upswing in shorts, looks like the most in years!
